Delete your Lovly account

Lovly, the couple drawing widget by Menan Sali, lets you delete your account and the content you shared at any time.

In the app

  • iPhone: open Lovly, tap Settings, then Delete Account & All Data, and confirm.
  • Android: open Lovly, tap Settings, then Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion happens straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email hello@getlovly.app from the address on your Apple or Google account, with the subject “Delete my Lovly account”. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile (name, email, notification token)
  • Your pairing, which ends; your partner is told you have left
  • Everything the two of you shared in Lovly, including your partner's copy: drawings, messages, moods, memories and photos
  • Invite codes you created and their drawings
  • Your subscription customer record at RevenueCat

What is kept

  • A minimal record that a pairing existed and when it ended, with none of its content, so blocks and pairing safeguards keep working
  • Apple and Google keep their own purchase receipts under their own policies
  • Content saved on a phone, such as the canvas history, stays there until the app is removed

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
